| Selling my 1982 Camaro Z28 CFI
selling my 1982 Camaro Z28 CFI, The cars a Las Vegas car, so it has no rust on it. Has only been in CT for about 2 years never driven in the snow. It is used for a daily driver in the summer only. When I bought the car it had a new 305 put in it by a gm dealership. I have the invoice for it. Car has about 130,000 miles on the body 60,000 on the engine about 10,000 on the tranny. I replaced the tranny about a year and a half ago to a drag race ready 700R4. The engine is a Cross fire injection set up, any mechanics I have talked to has said it's the best running CFI Camaro they have seen ever. I have babied this car. All work was done to the car by certified mechanics. I have every receipt, invoice, for everything that has been done to the car.
Car is pretty much stock. The only mods I have done are
1. 700r4 tranny
2. Energy suspension bushing kit
3. Msd 8.5 mm spark plug wires
4. k&n air filter
5. Inline racing fuel pump by grantelli
6. 80mph gauge to 145 mph gauge.
7. Aluminum drive shaft
8. Edelbrock tes headers, never installed I was going to jetthot coat them first
Basics of the car are
Car has never been in any accidents, its silver with gun smoke ground effects. , paint is good on it, t-tops, very few dings and dents on the car. Cd player,replaced all original speakers. Interior is stock. Interior does need some work. Original from 1982. brakes need to be done as well I was going to upgrade to a wilwood set up but never got around to it. Car has had a recent tune up, going to sort through the rest of the car next weekend and make sure there are no other issues I forgot to mention.
This is a great car, I love it to death and I hate to give it up. This is a great car as is or as a project car. I was going to put an ls1 into it but I don't have the money or the time right now. I am looking for about 3,500 to 4,000 for the car or best offer. PM me if you have any questions and i will try and get pictures up as soon as i can.
