CHEAP '82 z28 in Michigan - Camaros for Sale - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

I've got a great '82 z28 for either a parts car or a project in Midland, MI. I bought the car last summer to fix up and drag, but time and money ran short. My family is moving and we gotta get this beast out of the garage.

The bad:
Electrical is all messed up - the person I bought it from messed it up
The interior is shot - it was supposed to be a drag car remember?
Carb is still messed up from the last guy that own her.

The good
40k on 350 short block dropped in last year
cam
edelbrock carb 525-550cfm (rough shape)
hedman headers
700r4 rebuilt
shift kit
B&M shifter
edelbrock shocks
polyurethan mounts all around
3" exhaust
stock rear end
daytona cowl induction hood
15" crager ss (pitted may be able to clean up)
newer cooper cobra tires

800.00 ... the fiberglass hood and the 350 with tranny are prolly worth most of that. You could part the rest out easily, I just don't have time. Someone make me an offer, I won't refuse.

Please let me know where Midland is as I would be coming from Chicago and am very interested in the car but distance would mean alot, Could I drive this on a trailer. Could i get a interior photo, thanks LMK

Got an offer of 450, the engine and hood are worth that much alone. I could do 600 unless someone can offer more. Haven't had a chance to take interior pics, but it's pretty much all ripped out to drag. I will try to get some interior pics up soon.

You try advertising elsewhere? There would be a surefire sale for 500 from your description.

You're better off probably selling the motor and hood for like 700 if the condition is good. Plus whatever else you can sell and just salvage it.
