Red 1987 IROC Z-28 T-Top with factory 350 TPI; fair condition
Would make a good base for a project restoration, as it has every option and everything present and working (exceptions noted below).
Has a damaged fiberglass SS hood, I've had the repairs quoted at $150. Someone stole the factory hood so I don't have that anymore.
I've stripped the striping and graphics and removed the spoilers in anticipation of painting it. The paint is your usual faded/oxidized factory deal.
Replaced the rear hatch with one that has rear defroster. The hatch is black.
The car itself is red with red interior.
Has power windows, mirrors, seats, hatch release, 4 wheel disc brakes, auto-tilting rearview mirror, overhead console with everything present and working (including the Camaro flashlight).
This was going to be my next project, and I decided to take on my 86 convertible instead as it's a more valuable car.
$2300 but make an offer since I don't need this car.
*NEW PRICE* $1900

Here's some more info. I have an Arkansas title for it.

Some pics!
As I said above, I've disassembled a lot of the exterior in preperation for painting, but all pieces and attaching hardware are present (and I'll even throw in a spare fender lol). The car is dirty as all get out because it's been sitting unused for about two years. I did drive it onto and off of a trailer and around the block. He needs a brake job! But it has cold A/C.
Haven't really looked to see what it needs. I just know you really gotta mash down on the brakes to get it to stop. I wouldn't drive it 130 miles the way it sits. It just been sitting there for way too long.
There's a little surface rust on the fenders and the parts of the paint that is showing all the way through. It's not the bubbly cancerous rust, just the reddish metal color.
The title is clean afaik. I bought the car from a dealership and if I remember right, the previous title was Missouri. Anyway the VIN is posted so you can check it out. Let me know what you find so I can post it here (or post it here yourself). That would be much appreciated.
Yes, the rear end is Posi (I've left many a two-streak mark in the street).
BTW that IS a polished TPI plenum on there. The base and nameplate is painted black, and the lines are red. The plenum and lettering on the nameplate are mirror polished, and the runners are(were) wet polished.
BTW, i got the Carfax report on the VIN and it does show it as having had 157,000 miles (in 2001) so the 96k is more likely 196k. It also showed that 99k miles came up in 1996.
