What it needs:
A/C does not blow through dash vents but DOES through the defroster vents (I believe a vacuum line may be loose)
Driver-side window motor (brand new one included)
Universal joint (brand new one included)
Hatch release switch (new motor already installed, still does not pop open - suspect the switch is bad, $5 at a junkyard)
Thermostat (brand new one included w/gasket and sealer)
Ignition control module (The car runs great and drives smooth but after a few minutes the car starts to hesitate under acceleration, which from my research on these boards indicates that it is most likely the ignition control module that needs to be replaced. $38 at autozone)
Minor rust repair (passenger side a-pillar has a dime-sized hole from rust.

The reason I am trying to sell this car is because I have to move to a new place by July 31st and I have 3 cars with only enough room for 2. Since I only have until July 31st I do not have time to fix all these minor problems with the car. I am keeping my '89 vert and my other car so I need to sell this car before I move. I was going to build a 383 LT1 w/T-56 to swap but I cannot make this a realization at this point.
