1991 RS w LT1 355 Mint (Must Sell)

This is my 1991 RS Camaro. When I bought it, it had a 305 TBI making 170hp. That just wouldn't do! So I dove in and began converting the car to use with an LT1. This is my second LT1 swap and I decided to go "All-Out" with it. The block and ECM are from a 95 Z28. The rest of the engine is Brand New with less than 3500 miles on it in 3 years. The internals are forged, blueprinted, weight-matched and computer blueprinted. Heads are factory LT1 done by Craig Gallant at GTP in Texas. Same guy who did the AFR heads on my Trans Am that makes 415rwhp. The cam in the RS is an emissions-legal blower grind. The car has SLP headers through Dynomax cat-back. Rear end has 3.73s to go with the automatic and Yank TT 2800 converter. Everything in the engine bay is new and installed with the engine. The interior is in MINT condition and I just put brand new Nittos on the car this Spring.

For Video, Pictures and the full list of parts and mods, check out the site I set up at:

For Sale - $5,800

Feel free to check out a similar site I put together for her sister, my 94 Trans Am (also for sale) with 415rwhp.

For Sale - $8,700

your cars

both of these cars are killer. I would love to have either on of them. It is too bad they are so far away. I am looking to buy something if I could just find it and get to it. I need AC in anything I drive - I am just a wimp that way. Is it possible to put it in the camaro?

LOL, thanks guys!

The TA has stock AC in it. The RS doesn't right now, but it can be reinstalled. What would be involved there would either be the need for a small aftermarket compressor, or the use of a 4th gen compressor. If you were to use the 4th gen piece, you'd have to notch the k-member for it to clear. Even when the engine was out of the car, I didn't feel like tackling that. It was too easy to get the AC-delete pulley and justify my decision based on weight savings. LOL But yes, it can be done.

She's gone. Sold, and moving South for the winter. Wish it was that easy for me!
