My 86 iroc is up for sale, as of right now it still has the motor in it, so if you want the motor too, we can work out a deal...but its probably more cost effective to sell seperatly so i'm posting them seperately
the car is an 86 iroc z, originally 305 TPI automatic, has a 350 now, and no transmission...it is 'flame red' with red cloth interior, not sure what the actual mileage on the body is, but everything is tight as can be in the suspension and steering...handles like its on rails, no play in suspension parts, responsds flawlessly. its 100% rust free, the car came from south carolina, has never seen a winter, and very seldomly seen rain. The paint is sun faded, and it shows in a couple spots, but its a 20 year old car with original paint. also it does have T tops
The performance/aftermarket parts include, rebuilt 10 bolt rearend end...it was equipped with an eaton posi unit, motive performance 3.73 gears, all new bearings, it was professionaly aligned, the axle housing were welded to the pumpkin housing for more strength, and all the bearings were replaced..less than 200 miles on it
the car also has lakewood drag shocks in the rearend, the front shocks have been replaced recently as well, but they are not performance shocks, just stock replacements...also it has Eibach sportline lowering springs, custom braced and welded torque arm, with prothane mounts. there are also prothane mounts and bushings throughout the suspension inclluding sway bar endlinks, and front suspension bushings..for the body it has a SS hood and highrise z28 spoiler, both are unpainted and the old holes from the spoiler have to be filled...the hood and spoiler are all aligned and mounted though. to be honest the body does need a few minor body work in some placed, but all and all its a very straight car..
this is a very solid car, and from driving it as a daily driver for 2 summers before mods, i can tell you it doesn't feel like its 20 years old, not like other thirdgens I have drove..
it comes with pretty much all the parts I have laying around over the years for the car, new readiator, dual electric fans, custom dual exhaust with spintech mufflers and h pipe, headman long tube headers, the power steering and altenator will be included as well..just put a motor and trans in and go..the driveshaft with performance u joints comes with as well...
