FS: 1992 Camaro RS

Car is located in Cary, NC

Selling a automatic 1992 camaro RS, with a TBI 305, black with ttops

The car has 220k miles, it was bought back in June for $1200 as a project car but the owner decided to go ahead and buy an LS1 instead of modding the 305.

The car was running fine and sat for a few weeks but now it wont crank. We think it is either battery cables, starter, or ignition. Ran okay before

Car hasn't been started in around 2 months

Replaced a few vacuum lines but some still need replacing, small coolant leak

The headliner was removed because it was in bad condition (moldy,nasty etc) looks much better than it used to.

Ttops are plastic and not glass

We got bored one day and chopped off the exhaust at the muffler, but still have all the old pipes, muffler and tips

Paint isnt in great condition, clearcoat is coming off in a few spots

Passenger side door is dented in ( see pics below )
Rear is tinted REALLY dark and side windows are also tinted

All parts removed from car the owner still has


As soon as it was bought about $700 was put into it and the following things were replaced:

Belt
Belt Tensioner
All new fluids, except tranny
Fuel filter, pcv
Edelbrock Air Intake and filter
Rebuilt TB with kit
Injectors
Wires
o2 sensor
plugs
Rotor, Distributor cap

have the rims been painted black or is that just brake dust on them? when you try to crack the car will it do anything at all, or nothing at all? is that leather seats?

Yes i painted the wheels black. Not the most professional job but it hasn't peeled and looks pretty good. When i turn the key the gages come on but it won't even turn over or click or anything. And no those are not leather seats just seat covers.

how is the rust, is there any that you know of, especially under t tops ect.

any more information you can provide on the car starting/running

you said an edelbrock intake, did you mean the intake manifold, or do you mean an edelbrock air cleaner

Car looks good rust wise.. will take a look at it in the morning and give you a call on any information you need.

Before it stopped cranking the car would run rough for about 3 seconds (lotta black smoke) and then kick to a fine idle.

And its just the edelbrock air cleaner, stock intake manifold
