testing the waters. might be buying 4th gen. the car is a loaded 1989 hardtop g92. 56000 original miles, engine has maybe 200. the paint is all original couple of nicks and faded a little on decklid and spoiler but pretty nice for original 18 year old. the interior is very nice all stock black and grey. have brand new headliner,sail panel and visors and very nice shape original iroc steering wheel not installed. evrything works light etc. it has cd player and original radio. 3.27 9 bolt rearend with 4 wheel pbr disk. stock 16" rims and tires are o.k. car has no rust! i am fourth owner and never been around winter or salt and person i bought it off in indiana said same. you can look underneath very clean. everything stock. the engine was just rebuilt not even broke in yet(200 miles?). 355(400 hp?) with speedpro skirted hyper flattop pistons, total seal rings, magnafluxed and shot peened rods with arp bolts, reconditioned crank, double roller timing set, lt4 hotcam, lt1 pushrods and lifters, 1.6 gm lt4 1.6 roller rockers(crane) give cam .525 lift. sdpc vortec heads(brand new) machined for higher lift with upgraded springs. all new sensors iat moved to intake. gutted airboxs and maf screen removed. 58mm accell/lingenfelter throttlebody. 24lb svo bosch injectors(new). vortec holley stealthram with adj fuel pressure reg. non air heater box all a/c smog removed. currently has non air exhaust manifolds with dual cat flow master exhaust. have a set of non air slp 1 3/4" slp headers(stainless) y-pipe and hardware.lsracing chip. built 700r4. if serious can e-mail pics. looking at buying 4th gen ss. car is in buffalo ny e-mail ml258@yahoo.com $4000.00 thats as low as i will go, please no lowballers!

I shouldn't even look, but I'm tempted to make the drive out. Maybe, I might consider $3500. I'm so broke, but I do love an Iroc. Trade you my F-body for it, its in good shape, all built suspension, 4th gen interior. Built 700r4 with 2500stall, richmond 3.73's with limited slimp, 20k miles on the 305 crate motor, 10k on the trans and rear, good paint, nice wheels. Plenty of money in the suspension, good drivetrain, just needs more motor.
wats the est. horsepower and torque? will it need tires or and paint anytime soon? is $4,000 the lowest youll go? very interested. my buddy might wanna buy it too
