1984 Z28 H.O 305

"Clean, well kept, great car"
$2,500.00 SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THIS CAR IS GETTING A NEW HOME IN TEXAS!!!!!!! IT IS BEING PUT ON A TRAILOR SATURDAY
Locted in Missouri ******SALE PENDING*******
305 H.O auto.

I dont want to sell it, but i guess i sold out on the third gen and bought an ss camaro 2001. so somebody needs to take care of my first car for i have a huge car note i need to pay every month, and i cant invest any time or money into this car, and it kills me to see it sitting in the driveway knowing i cant play with it.
this car was my first car. bought it in kentucky from an old man and drove it back to my home in missouri with 122,000 original miles on it. it now has 155,000.
the trany was rebuilt at 122,000 just after i bought it. ive had this car for 5 years and only put 33,000 miles on it.

here is a list of new parts put on through the years, not all of them were needed but i replaced them anyways, to keep it in tip top shape. the whole outside of the motor is new.

The car has an original 1984 paint color scheme with a cosmetic hood scoop, cosmetic fender cowls.

all guages, lights and power options work.
power windows, locks, seat.......not shabby for 23 years old.

The ac has been eliminated i have the brackets and all original parts for the car all included with the car.

everything is original with the car except the sound system.
pioneer speakers all around with a 10" sub in the trunk.
all professionally installed and hidden.

New parts added.
heddman hedders
heddman y pipe
fowmaster exhaust
water pump
fuel pump
power steering pump
power steering gear box
cap and rotor
plugs
wires
carb about a month ago
brake pads
timing chain and sprocket
starter
alternater
blower motor
thermostat

Things wrong with the car.

Trunk pop switch does not work. it has to be opened with a key. i havent gotten around to getting one.

1 t top has a crack in it.

other than that its great. this is a rare car. low miles and taken care of.

ive got over 6 grand invested in this car i am asking a firm 3,000 I wont go lower. its going to be hard to tell this car goodbye but if you will swear to take care of it and give me 3000 you can have it.

Its just been taken care of.........where i come from people dont take care of ****........it might not be a rare car..... third gens are a dime a dozen......i should have used better wording i guess........i just dont see very many clean ones on a daily basis where im from.........the car is not rare in the terms that you cant find them any where but just in the fact that its been taken care of........sorry for the confusion...thanks for looking

Re: 1984 Z28 H.O 305

THERE IS NO RUST ON THE BODY AT ALL...... THE ONLY RUST YOU WILL FIND IS WHEN THE T TOP IS TAKEN OFF. THERE IS A METAL PLATE THAT SITS RIGHT THERE. THAT HAS A SPEC OF RUST ON IT......THAT PART CAN BE REPLACED I JUST DONT WANT TO BUY IT.
THANKS FOR LOOKING

Re: 1984 Z28 H.O 305

Is that factory paint or factory color, how is that "thing" attached to the hood? New hood or repair and paint after removal of the "thing"?

Re: 1984 Z28 H.O 305

The scoop was attached using 4 bolts and screws.... my guess is you could repair the holes and repaint....or you could get some of the plastic inserts and put them in there......i dont know....i havent seen the thing off of the car.......the paint is not original factory paint if that were the case i would not sell it so cheap....and i guess i just never took any pics of the engine....i might make a point to do so.

Hey man nice car. What part of Mo. do you live in? I might be interested in a road trip depending on where you are. If you could e-mail me your location and possibly some pics of the engine I would appreciate it.
