im not looking to get rich, I just want to get some of what Ive put into this car. I dont have receipts but excluding the literally hundreds of hours of work in this car, I have invested over $10,000. Im looking to get a trade or around $5,000 or best reasonable offer.
it is an auto 305 tpi hardtop car...
the body has 165k, but most of it is highway, seeing as that I bought it in the country and basically nothing on the car still has that mileage
when I bought the car I was told that the tranny was rebuilt, I personally changed the rear just about 400 miles ago and it was checked out by a shop to make sure everything was fine.The bottom end is basically the only thing that was not replaced. the alt is about 1000 miles old, the brakes and springs are only about 500 miles old also the rear is a 3.73 drum rear just rebuilt and is spotless, the rear tires are about 6 months old and the front tires are about 8 months old.
this car is my pride and joy gents, it has had an oil change every 1500 miles and was babied throughout its whole life. Unfortuantly i am the third owner but the car was very nicly taken care of and has all the bugs worked out from the older owners. This car was serviced by me and my father who has been a Certified mechanic for the last 32 years.
One more thing to sweeten the pot for you guys... I am having the paint redone by a licensed professional before sale The body work has begum already and the price will not change. I want to sell you guys a like new product, and that is what you will recieve! The paint will be WA9238, metallic teal, exactly what the car came with right off the showroom floor. I will have pics for you guys the second it comes out of the booth.

I can't believe your selling. I thought you were excited about the repaint.
How solid is the car? How are the seats and overall quality of the interior?
I'll hopefully be looking for a project soon and don't feel like doing more bodywork. And plus, I'm right down the road in Hatfield.
nice man, yea the car over all is about a 100%. not a whole hell of a lot is factory on it. defff not a project here. the body work and paint are nearly finished by a licensed professional. I just lost interest in it. I had a 3 year plan for it, 1-interior, 2-exterior, 3-motor. im on the 2-3 year on this project and i just am tired of dumping my money into it. the interior aka seats, carpet, dash, consol ect. are all less than a year old. the seats are just re covered a few months ago they look better then factory, the carpet and mats are from hawks, the dashpad was just re did and fiberglassed. the headliner, sails, visors were done a few weeks ago custom by me and my dad whos a professional. the interior is finished and better than show room. the exterior ir being sprayed and having the body work finished as we speak, when i get home im gonna finish polishing the rims and spray a graphite clear on the inside, leaving the lip and nut polished. i started modding the motor and i just am tired of looking at this car man. thru all the blood sweat and tear i just cant stand to look at it any longer. im tired of jealous people that talk crap and just immature people talk crap about the car i put all my money and time into. i just want to trade it mostly for sumthin different. ill catch ya later man.

iv gotten lots of requests for photos and im sorry but im up at school right now and i just cant take any but as soon as it comes out of the paint booth, ill have some taken and sent. thanks again guys/gals
