I have a 1985 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 that I would like to sell very soon.
SPECS
-It has about 139K miles on it.
-Has a 305 with TPI
-700r4 transmission. ~ shifts great
-T-tops *don't leak*
-Paint is midnight blue. ~fairly good condition
-3.23 rear end ~ posi-trac
- 145 MPH speedometer
- compression and vacuum are great.
-serviced regularly by myself.
PROS
-engine runs great (no smoke, missing, knocking or sputtering)
-interior is pretty good. No rips in upholstery.
-Has after market 16x7 wheels.
-Good tread on tires.
-T-tops don't leak
-Pretty good condition overall.
-Has an after market exhaust on it (previous owner claimed it was an ARP exhaust, looks to be 2 1/2" mandrel bent piping).
Runs fine, I recently replaced spark plugs, oil, tranny fluid, fuel pump, and fuel filter.
-has a posi-trac rear end (3.23 gears).
-also has a sub box with 2 10" subs and 2 tweeters (unsure of size and output)
-Jensen 300 watt amp.
-Pioneer DEH-P41 Head unit. ~ Stereo system is not hooked up but is in the car.
additional pictures upon request. Interior is in pretty good condition. Except for head liner (has some slack).
-CONS
-gas, and battery gauge aren't working (i think they may be grounded out)
-rear seats need to be bolted down
-headliner has some slack
I am asking for $3195 OBO
The reason for selling my car is that I want a 91-92 Camaro with a T-5 or a 350. I would consider trades for another Camaro.
feel free to ask me any questions or leave comments.
hey, sorry to bug you but i was reading a post about your power window failure... mine just had the exact same problem but when i plugged it into the driver side switched it worked and i rolled my window up, but than i tried to do it again and it didnt want to roll down... did u find the switch or loose wire being the problem?
hmm, i like your car, i will be shopping for one as soon as i get mine fixed up and sold, so if you still have yours, we might be talking then.
