Hey everyone
Here is my 86 Iroc up for sale again. I took many more new pics of it. Just took them today is a matter of fact. I have to sell it now since I just bought a 91 Z28. Anyway, the iroc has a new rebuilt 350TPI, tranny has about 70,000 on it. Motor has new pistons, crank, reman rods, roller lifters, and lt1 cam. The body has approx 100,000 on it. I had it repainted a couple years ago and its been in the garage most the time. It looks pretty good. I changed the doors(little rust on bottom) and front nose on it before it was painted. the door are off of a 91 RS and they are crank windows, however the car originally had PW so the wiring and switch is still there if whoever decides to put a power window motor in it. It needs a 3rd brake light because it had the window louvers on there, i took them off but they go with the car. Last year I installed a posi rear end that I took out of a parts car, and after installing it I found out it has a small whine noise to it....I have the other rear end if whoever wants it..or just fix the one thats in it. its definetly still drivable so you can drive it home. Im looking to get 3300 out of it. If it dont sell on here, I will put it on ebay. It does however have a rebuilt title. http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f5...m/000_0083.jpg
I have interior plastic to put it back to black, dont take no effort to do that. And the taillights werent the original....it didnt have any when I bought it and these were the first ones i got a hold of. And no im not taking 2300.
you guys dont need to bash his car so bad...the car is really clean i would switch those int. pieces back if where you tho.. also list it on craigslist if it doesn't sell here. 3300 isn't that bad of price for the car
What is the point of you posting pictures of your car in another person's for sale thread? If you want to show off your new car, do it in Appearance and Detailing, not here.
How is this Yellow car a fruity import wannabe? It's got yellow painted interior pieces, big deal. I've seen far worse, and these interior pieces can be replaced EASILY and at low cost.
If you want to call out the owner on it not being a real IROC, just ask for a picture of his RPO sticker, $10 says it's a real IROC and you're an idiot for even assuming it's not.
Good luck finding a good condition IROC-Z with a 5spd for $4,000. Me and my dad bought a blue '90 IROC hardtop with the 5spd, and the paint was falling off of it. We paid $3,500 and sold it for $6,800 when it was looking good.
Both of you guys need to stop whoring up this man's thread. It's a decent car, so what if it could use a little TLC. What 3rd gen doesn't?

actually there is one on this forum bro for sale. Also camaroforums.com has a few for sale that meet his/your price and what he requires of the car.
BTW I got my Iroc for $3000, and I posted on here Zee cause I almost bought this guys car and he told me he hoped i enjoyed what i bought and i wanted to show him. And its a Real Iroc RocThis, I did a vin check and everything on it and can vouch for him.
Hold tight you should have no problem getting what you want for that car and ignore some of the people on this thing you don't avoid buying a 350 TPI iroc for that cheap because some yellow interior and some tail lights you can replace dirt cheap if you wanted to. I'd buy it myself if I were not in NY but heres a bump for the nice car
Would you stop saying "dat" and "da". You're making my eyes bleed with your stupidity. I think we all get the point that you think this guy's car is a fake IROC, and that you don't like the interior. And nobody cares...just leave already.

The new owner(s) haven't complained a single word about the car, so what gives you any right to do so? I don't even feel like explaining myself about that car, because in the end it's SOLD and the new owner loves it and nothing you say about it will change either of those facts. And anyone who knows anything about painting a car knows this: if the paint is still good, paint over it. No sense in stripping off paint if it's still in good shape. This is why only the top half of the car was stripped. But you've probably never picked up a water paint brush, much less painted a car.

I'm assuming that's his '91 Z28 he referred to in his original post, so that would mean it's not Purple Haze unless someone else painted it a non factory color. I'm thinking it's Black.

How did it end up with a rebuild title? What happened to it? Don't take it the wrong way, but that is a sticking point. I am interested though. i'll pm you my phone # so we can take it off site.

you are right...my z28 was originally black. how did u know? It needs a paint job sometime....im not sure wether i want to go back to black like it should be or paint it the same color. Painting it back to black would cost more cause of doing the door jams in all. But anyways ....i may have my iroc sold....i have a kid coming with cash today to look at it....if he dont take it, i'll let you all know.

I just thought it looked black in the pictures. Congrats on the sale. Hopefully I can find another good deal like that somewhat close by.
