This car is extremely fast and is an absolute blast to drive. The Tuned Port Injection motor is the same motor that they used in the corvette and puts out 365 ft lbs of torque stock. These cars were only available with a 5.0 and a stick or the 5.7 with the auto. This lets you have the more powerful motor with the stick shift. if it drives nice and everything is square that's well worth it as you couldn't build that car for that price.

Yeah it's definitely in Portland, Oregon. That background doesn't look much like Portland, Tn. Oh and yeah it has Oregon plates on it.
