For sale is a 1991 Camaro RS parts car for $600 OBO. The car will not come with a title as it is NOT DRIVABLE this car will never be legally registered or inspected again as the frame and underside is beyond any means of reasonable repair and is totally unsafe which I am unwilling to be liable for(the previous owner used the car for a few winters and it rotted away.)
The body however is in pretty great shape with the exception of the driver rear quarter which was pushed in by someone who hit it in a parking lot. It has T-tops in good condition and all glass is free of cracks/ major blemishes. The motor and tranny have 60k on them (they were replaced at 100k) It is a 305 TBI motor (with PROM chip) and the 700R4 Tranny running and shifting fine. all engine parts are in working order the AC system has been removed but the previous owner left the compressor in which is getting a little noisy the pulley may need replacing for any motor swap. The interior is fair except the front driver seat is shot. (black carpet gray seats)
The strut broke through the wheel well after hitting a pothole which was compromised because of the rust that is why the car cannot be driven at all anymore so it will have to be towed if purchased.
I wanted to keep this car until spring and buy a roller and swap the good parts over but I simply have no place to store it and it is too cold for me to strip it. I don't want to send it to the junk yard because it has a ton of useful parts for someone and it seems like a waste but if it doesn't go by this Friday I'm just going to strip what I can and send it and take the $200 from them.
I am actually working on a deal with someone for the whole car and he had an explicit interest in the body parts but if I don't make the deal by this friday I will pull the GFX and you will have first crack at them I will let you know.
