I finally decided to get rid of my IROC so here it is. Its a 1986 IROC Z Z28 with stock 305 (computer controlled quad carb) and 5 speed. It has power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, power driver seat, power hatch release, rear window defogger, T-tops, tilt wheel, polished 16" IROC wheels, flowmaster exhaust with 4th gen tips. It's black with black interior, passenger and driver seat has some wear. Driver seat has a small tore spot (see pics). Small crack on driver corner of dash pad. Still has the bag for the T-tops, stock spare and jack. I have title in hand.
The parts: 1986 IROC Z parts only car body (no title). Interior stripped. Was a 305 TPI/ 700R4 T-top car. Body has some good sheet metal, stock drum brake rear end with I think 3:23 gearing. I also have the TPI system complete with the wiring harness and computer, the plenum and tubes have been polished and the black areas are painted with black wrinkle finish paint, and has a matching brake master cylinder. The original 305 has 2 bad rods and bad crank but still together. lower intake and fuel rails with injectors is still on the engine. I DO NOT have the 700R4 transmission.

Is there any way you would sell just the valve covers off of the blown 305. Pls pls pls. I also need the oil fill cap. Mine fell on my headers and melted and the local parts stores don't carry it. Pm me and let me know either way. thank you. It will have to be shipped since I live in indiana but shipping shouldn't be too bad and i'll cover it. I wouldn't mind the tpi either but I don't think I could afford it. I got camaro parts I could trade but since you're selling yours I don't think you would want to do that. But if you would sell it seperate with the valve covers let me know and maybe I can come up with something. But quote me both seperate. Thanks again.

I've got a disc brake 10 bolt all together with 3.42's and open diff if you would be interested. You could use it for a future build but we would need to work something out with shipping since it is rather large and heavy and would probably be expensive to ship. Much appreciated.
hey are the A-pillars ( i think thats it) on the parts car up for grabs and what shape are they in? mine are all warped and when i replace my t-top liner i want to replace those too,

If you are talking about the trim on the inside they are gone, if you are talking about the actual metal a-pillar I really don't want to cut the car up right now. I'm looking to get rid of the driver car AND the parts car together or at least sell or trade the driver THEN I may part out the other one.
ah ha no just the trim, if i needed to replace a full a-pillar id just get a different one lol
Just wanted to be sure. I have seen a guy that replaced an entire firewall section & both floor pans on a 79 Z28 before. That would be WAY more work than I'd do unless it was a rare car. LOL
