i tryed selling it on here one time before, no luck..........i really need her gone, im buying another car........heres some specifics

1983 Chevrolet Camaro Z28

under the hood
355 engine, nearly new......only been up the road 3 or 4 times
eldelbrock performer rpm intake, holley 650, flowtech long tubes, 416 heads with z28 springs, eagle balanced rotating assembley........chrome oil pan, timing cover, and valve covers. It has a griffen aluminuim radiator with an electric fan and a custom top cover (diamond plate) the engine doesnt have a huge cam but it lopes a lil and the car shakes some.........when i built the engine a started with a bare 4 bolt main block from a 74 chevy dump truck

trans/rear
th350 with a b&m 2500 stall, and shift kit........doesnt kick like it should (in my opinion it should get side ways into second) but it dont......it still changes well though. The rear is a stock 10 bolt with 2:73 gears and is the only thing i havent got around to changing

Wheels
eagle 028s.....i think, they say BOYD on the center cap, they have 4 new kumho tires on them with only one burnout

Car/overall
Needs a lil work to be a daily driver......just minor stuff though, like shifter cable fixed, the mega shifters are notorious for breaking cables......exhaust needs to be hooked up (needs a y pipe made) the center console needs putting back in. Needs alternator hooked up.......(has 88-90 serp setup and i dont have a plug for the alternator) needs guage sending units put on and hooked up. Drivers power window motor, and last but not least, some tail light bulbs

all the stuff it needs sounds like alot, but it really is just lil nit picky crap that happens when you work on an old car, i dont have the money nor the time to finish it up, and id like to cash her in for a gas saver.........im a lil negotiable on the 1500 dollar price tag, but remember, you cant build the engine in this car for that, believe me i tried, so no low ball offers, and im not gonna part it out

Of the plethora of people asking 1000's for their junked-up projects, you, sir, are asking a very fair price. I checked out your pictures, and from what I can tell the car seems straight. You've done some nice work on the car laid the foundation for a commendable street ride. Miscelleneous repairs like alternators and serpentine belts won't rob any value from this car; anyone with half a brain knows that could be recified with less than 100 bucks and no more than an hour of labor.

I would offer 1200, but only because that's about all I have at the moment. That's not to say that you won't get your 1500 asking price. I would be a lot more interested if you weren't a completely unreachable distance apart from me, because I've been looking for another project to bring back to life, and as we both know, your car wouldn't take much to do just that. It'll soon make a very fine ride for one lucky person.

there is really no way to buy the parts on this car for the price listed, everything is nearly new, and was done right, im just in a tight spot and need a car i can drive
