1989 Camaro iroc-z (5.3l LSx / 4L65e)

Hey Everyone.
Due to some financial issues, i need to put my car up forsale
Im looking to try to sell it as a complete car, or i may be willing to part it out providing i have interest in almost every part on the car.
Anywho. This is my first car, its going to be rediculously painful to sell the car, but its just as painful to try to get into university, pay insurance, pay gas, and pay off a debt for a car. Just dont see anyway i can work this out. I will probably ball my eye's out as this car leaves, so be prepared
Im asking $8900obo for the car. Im flexible, but lowballs will be ignored. Ive spent well over $12k on the car, and well over 1000 work hours have been invested.
The car has a fresh coat of "Bright Rally Red" paint, its a factory T-tops car, it has power windows, locks, steering, tilt, etc etc.
Here's the modifications list:
Engine/Drivetrain:
2004 5.3L LM7 Motor (Custom harness, mounts, retained cooling system, obdII, custom crossmember etc)
'2000 4L60e w/ 4L65e Inernals (Non 5 pin planetary)
-Longtube headers
-ORY
-Magnaflow catback
-LS1 intake
-LS1 Aluminum Driveshaft
-LS1 Rear differential
-3.73 Richmond gears
-LS1 Plastic fuel tank
Chassis:
-12" LS1 Brakes on all 4 paws (Brembo rotors all round, Hawk rear pads, PBR front pads)
-Chassis mount tq. arm w/ poly bushing
-Eibach lowering springs
-16" smooth spoke t/a wheels
-1.5" wheel adapters up front
-New struts/shocks all around
Exterior:
Fresh bright rally red paint (few blemishes)
Projector highbeam headlights
H4 Lowbeam headlights
Interior:
LS1 Transam Dash
LS1 Transam Door panels
Retrofitted power windows
LS1 trans am console
'96 Camaro Seats
Monsoon Stereo system (Factory monsoon amp, rear sail panels modified for monsoon midrange & tweeter, subs in rear seat area, midrange & tweater in door panels)
MTX Amp
Xplod 10" Sub Connected to amp
Ultra Suede Headliner
Ultra suede headliner extension
Ultrasuede speaker covers
Im going to take some new pictures and update the thread tommorow with interior pictures. in the mean time, heres some exterior & engine bay:

**NOTE: Rims shown are avaliable for an extra $750 (17" WS6 - 275/40R16 Nitto 555 front tires, 275/40R17 Nitto 555r's rear, all tire brand new)
----------
Note, here are trades i would be willing to do:

These cars + $4k cash: (approx $4 - $5k value car)
94 - 97 Trans am or Formula V8
94 - 97 Z28 or SS
91 - 92 Z28

These cars - Straight trade, or you add a little cash:
99 - 02 Trans am or formula LS1
99 - 02 Z28 or SS

These cars - I add cash:
97 - 04 Corvette Convertible or coupe

Re: 1989 Camaro iroc-z (5.3l LSx / 4L65e)

Hey,

Its making about 320hp @ motor. It would be quicker then a factory LS1 car (310hp, 3600lb car).

Im going to update some interior pictures soon. The interior is currently being finished I need to finalize my a-pillars, dash pad and passenger door. Dashpad has been shaped, just needs to be covered, same with the a-pillars. I just need to convert my passenger side to power windows & put on the 4th gen door panel.

however, ill update tonight with some pictures of the drivers side door & the dash.

I feel ive got a pretty good price on it. Seeing Stock interior/exterior/drivetrain cars are selling $7500 - $10k. This one is brand new paint, 5k on the motor, full ls swap, ls interior, big brakes, rust free car etc.

If it doesnt sell ill probably just end up stuffing twin turbo's in it while im at school. Would be a shame to see this car sit 4 years while i cant drive it.

I will drive this car to anyone's door. All i ask for in return is if we split gas costs & a ride to the local airport so i can get home again

that really sucks that you have to sell her man, but a college education is much more important then a car in the long run. good luck with the sale and I hope it doesn't come to parting her out.

Does the car have AC that works? I'm very interested. Also, where are you located?

Thanks

A/C is not in the car.

With a T56, I'd be all over this (providing I could get a loan).
Although, I'd probably swap the drivetrain into my car...lol
