1985 Camaro Z-28 ZZ4 350 5spd 3.73 posi for sale/trade

I bought this car in October 2007 . I bought it as a roller and had my friend put it together at his shop and it was running in December 2007 . I have only put about 400 miles on it since it was finished.Body has 103,000 miles. It is a t-top car (they do not leak).Car is 100% rust free(maybe 99.99%). Body is about 99% straight .Maybe a small ding somewhere but I have not seen anything obvious. Body has about a 3-4 year old paint job. Color is medium blue metallic.I just put new hatch weatherstripping on car. Interior is gray. Has 4th gen seats,new carpet, headliner, Power windows, and hatch release. It has an Auto Gage tach and water temp/ oil pressure gauges. Factory gas gauge and voltmeter still work . All other factory gauges were disconnected. It also has a Autometer air/fuel mix gauge and Summit shift light. Car has a Summit Racing Line lock kit on it.Has a Pioneer CD player and speakers along with Polk crossovers. All the lights and blower motor/wipers work (doesn't blow hot though due to the vent door is stuck on the cold side. Easy fix). Car also has a push button start as well as the stock ignition switch.

Drivetrain:

Motor is a GM Performance Parts 350 ZZ4 crate motor with approx. 10,400 miles. Has HEI distributor, Holley 750 carb vac. secondaries, Summit Racing Ignition box with rev limiter,MSD Wires, Lots of chrome and polished aluminum parts, High volume water pump, 100 amp alternator, new battery, 16" single electric fan, adjustable fan controller,Griffin 2 row aluminum radiator, coated Hooker shorty headers, Mufflex Y-pipe, 3" mandrel bent exhaust w/ stainless Pypes Violator muffler w/ 3" single tailpipe. 7.5" rear w/ Auburn Pro posi unit, Precision performance 3.73 gears(rear has 1800 miles), Mac Stud Girdle cover, Moser axles/ ARP extended wheel studs (2.5"long).Trans is a T-5 (85,000 miles) w/Hurst shifter. I also just installed brand new Brute Force solid U-joints in the driveshaft.

Suspension:

Car is lowered 2" front/back with Intrax springs. New KYB GR2 struts/shocks,Spohn adjustable LCA's, UMI Lower LCA relocation brackets.Spohn adjustable Pan hard bar. I justi nstalled a UMI steering brace up front also.

Wheels:

Currently have 16" RS/Z-28 wheels w/ good tires on it(but They may be sold so I'll probably have Iroc wheels or 15" Z-28 wheels on it).

car has been recently tuned on dyno by local shop.

Car just past PA state inspection good until 6/09.

Car is quick should be low,low 13's high 12's. I have about $11-12,000 invested asking $7500 B/O. Located in Hatboro,PA


Will trade for a nice wagon prferably GM or Fullsize ext. cab/crew cab P/U or stock/slighty modified 4th gen Camaro.

TTT Make me an offer. I will be pulling the drivetrain out soon. I want to build a Malibu wagon or Fullsize wagon next or sell everything to build an Impala SS, Caprice etc.

If you are interested in the car minus the motor. (will include everthing that is currently on the car except motor(drop your motor in and go) price is $4000 B/O

Price for car strpped down to just rolling body with a stock rear no other parts (5spd set up, wheels, ignition parts radiator, rear, after market gauges, etc.) .Pretty much as stock set up(rolling body with the current interior) with some junk wheels on it price is $1800 B/O

Just for the motor turn key just the way you see it in the pics(minus the headers) $3500

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car in case people are womdering why I would consider parting it out. I just am not in love with the car. I'd rather have a bigger body car.

Car will be for sale as a whole car for the next 2 weeks or so.

Oh well sometimes you don't realize it until you are too far into the project to stop.
