car has been a working project for the last year and half. over $6k personally invested into it and $10k in receipts from the original owner. car was completely rebuilt in 03 but when i bought it she had some issues.
170k on the odometer, not sure if this is true but it's on the title to so. runs and drives fine. way to many things to list. if you are in the area and you are interested you can email me at oddiez@hotmail.com
These pictures are when i brought it home from the paint shop. the floors have been patch and fixed of any rust as well as the quarters. from the doors back and all of the gfx have been repainted. wheels in the pic are original that were painted black to match the car. i have a set of non painted that also go with the car.
The car has 4thgen black trans am cloth seats. originally the car was gray leather, i've put in new black acs carpet, new black cloth headliner, 95% of the interior has been changed to black. needs black door pannels, console and pulls which are currently gray. replaced the dash pad, newer condition factory correct wheel, black interior plastic pannels, etc. many new weather stripping parts, t-tops do not leak.
has several aftermarket upgrades: walbro 255 lph pump. new gm gas tank, new rear brake lines as they were rusted. kenny brown chromoly 2 way adjustable pan hard, hot parts double adjustable lca's. all new front steering components.
The motor was rebuilt when the car was, not sure what's in it exactly but it's at least a 305 setup original tpi parts. i had the complete upper gone through with new gaskets and sensors, the vehicle has new exhaust. currently driving it when days are nice.
As i mentioned i bought it as a project to build to take with me along side my 91 hardtop. I really just don't have the time to invest into these cars anymore and would like to see someone capable of finishing it pick it up. if you are looking for a low mileage factory original vehicle this is not your ticket. if you plan to do a drivetrain swap or just want a nice car to play with then this ones a great one to look at.

as you can see here the interior needs black carpet for the console, the door pannels and pulls. also missing in the picture is the under pad for the drivers side, this is to show that the wiring is not cut up. i have all of the pieces and it is complete for this. the belts are gray also which need to be changed to black.
also there is no radio, i don't listen to the radio in the car so i've never had a need to buy one and didn't want to throw something cheap just to have it in but all the wiring is there for it.
the last picture is a quick underside. you can see that the exhaust is newer but because of sitting surface rust has started to form on the new metal. same for the underside, there are no holes but it does have surface rust starting. this can obviously be cleaned up easily but i'm looking to get rid of the car and don't have the time to do it hense the cheap price. hopefully someone who has room or a little time can pick it up. another $2k in misc items and this would be a really nice car.
thank you, unfortunately i have it priced because i can't hold it through the winter. it definately would not be this cheap otherwise, hopefully someone will get it before then.
I am interested in the car.
It looks like there's rust on the underside of the car.
How bad is it? and is there any damage.
Are the suspension and steering in good condition or in need of repair?
Also how far are you from Detroit?
I am in Ottawa Ontario. Would you be willing to meet me part way to deliver?
if you are going to buy it meaning i were to have a deposit then yes i would be more then willing to meet you to help you with your travel.
there is some surface rust underneath from the car just sitting in the elements. i had it all cleaned up but things happen which is the point of the picture to show that there is a little but it is minor.
as for the rest that you ask i've pretty much described all of that. the steering components are new. the suspension is not new but it is in good shape, there is no slop. there is a double adjustable chromoly panhard and lca's on the rear so the rear is tight. the few things minor that are wrong are listed. it is a good little car just needs some tlc to finish up the minor things that i can't do right now.
