Hey everyone, selling my project car. I gathered all the parts i needed to make what i think would be a pretty nice camaro, but this winter I have to many projects to work on and this one has to go, so here is the info.......
1988 Camaro RS w/ rebuilt 2.8 Clean title 89,000 miles. The car had a blown head gasket in 1996 and sat in a storage garage until my cousin bought it in 2005 and rebuilt the motor. I bought it months ago in hopes of making it to be the camaro that i always wanted. The body is almost perfect on it with no rust just a very little clear coat peel. The drivers fender is off a diff Camaro, someone decided to swipe the fender as they were backing out of a parking spot, it wasn't to bad at all, i just didn't like the way it looked. I do have a dent/rust free fender to replace it, just needs red paint.
Nice black interior,no rips or tears, clean dash no cracks. It does have a good cd player with nice aftermarket speakers. Both windows work great, pretty sure the AC works.There is a crack in the windsheild. All around its a good car for a nice v8! Heres a list of all the parts that i bought for it:
1987 GTA 350 TPI w/wiring harness,fuel pump, 700r4 all complete-110,000 miles-45lbs psi at idle
1997 SS Rearend 3:42 posi w/ 80,000 miles complete,steel driveshaft
1999 Trans Am interior (seats) and 99' Camaro door panels
2001 Trans Am catback exhaust 4,000 miles (i think flowmaster)
1999 Corvette Wheels 18'' in back 17'' fronts -need wheel spacers
Nothing is installed in it yet besides the seats, I'm sure a weeked and a couple cases of beer would have it up and going. I was going to ask $3200 for it but its negotiable for sure, I've got more into it than that. No Trades.
