I have a rare IROC coupe for sale. LB9, T5, G92 performance axle with 3:42 posi and disc brakes. Texas car originally and has NO rust issues. Never seen salt. All NOS weatherstripping and fresh 08 Corvette Jetstream Blue paint. Full power; windows, locks, mirrors, driver seat, hatch. Cruise, tilt, A/C, non-working ERS radio. Interior was Black, but I have mostly changed it over to Medium Grey. I have all the pieces to complete the changeover but the driver seat has the usual bolster issue. No headliner. Drives nice but speedo shows 142k and I believe the entire drivetrain is original and untouched. Pretty quick for a 305. I have installed the correct IROC emblems in the lower gfx and rear bumper since these pics. Over 9k spent. $3800 or REASONABLE offer. Cash only. I have other projects that want my money.

Sorry, I want to cash out of it to fund a 67 GTO project.
Is the interior complete? Looks like a door panel is off in one of the pictures. How far are you from NC? i'm needing a new daily driver and a blue IROC is one of my dream cars. PM me and we can talk. Will have cash i hand.

I have the Grey door panels installed now with NOS outer window sweeps. I have everything to complete the interior except a headliner.
For WIW, here are some pics of it in the paint booth. EVERYTHING that is bolted on was removed and painted without tape lines. The paint goes under the door panels, carpet, and interior trim like factory and is under all the ground effects, lights, mirrors, etc. No edges to start peeling and old paint visible underneath. It was done at a community college and it's not a show car, but MUCH time and care were spent to make it appear factory. The door, window weatherstripping and window sweeps are NOS
free bump for a nicely painted car decently priced car. Quick question what makes it so rare... (might be a noob question but I gotta know)
Fair question and some people don't agree but;
There were only 5252 Camaros that received the G92 performance axle in 1988. Most of them went into the 5.7 cars. The ONLY way to get a G92 axle with a 305 was to order the car like this, with the LB9 engine and T5 transmission. On top of those figures, the car is a COUPE which seems to be a rarity in itself. I haven't found any hard facts to spell out how many cars were factory ordered like this, but it can't be many. The G92 is a heavy duty 9 bolt Borg Warner axle and comes standard with 3:45 posi and disc brakes, giving the car 4 wheel discs for great stopping.
beautiful car, just what im looking for. to bad your a little to far away for me, and the fact i dont have the cash right now. bump for a very good deal.
Could I get pic of the front/ are the black interior pieces included? Wondering if the buckets are black or not jeffreysandusky@msn.com
Interested!
It snowed here today and I cleaned the driveway at the storage building, so I will pull it out tomorrow and get lots of current pics. The original black plastic pieces were pretty broken up, so I got rid of them. It still has the black deluxe seats and the center console in it. I have a set of Medium Grey deluxe seats for it and a matching console and front carpet. It comes with another instrument panel too, as there are a couple cracks and extra holes drilled in the current dash. Dash pad has no cracks.
I just bought a 67 GTO, so I am motivated to move this car, even though I have a TON of money in it.
WOW, you're less than 100 miles from where the car was ordered from and lived for 10 years !! It's a Killeen car !! Was ordered by an airman at the base.
Good lookin car. I'm interested but its abit more than I was looking to spend.
PM me your best price and maybe your phone number and maybe we can get together. BTW-I live about 350 miles west in SD.
