for sale: 1985 camaro Z28 IROC. 69,000 legit miles. black with grey interior. Solid roof. 305 cu. in. quadrajet, all stock except for cat back exhaust. Runs good and rides tight. driveable as is. could use new radio, and a/c needs to be converted or recharged. Only reason I'm selling is because I have no time or room to store it. Car is in NJ 07067. How come nobody is interested in this car? Price too high? Is it because its carburated? Let me know, I need to sell it. And how do I post pictures on here?
seems a little steep, but once you get pics up it could prove us wrong... when your making a post if you scroll down past the blue bar there should be a tab that says manage attachments and if you click that you can add pics
It is an auto. The interior is pretty good. Its has grey seats and carpet. Power drivers seat, cushions are still good, but left side of seat starting to wear from getting in and out in usual spot. Headliner is tight. Interior might be a little faded from the sun. I do have pictures if you want, just give me your email. Thanks.
Do you know if its the LG4 Quadrajet Carb or the H.O verision L69 Quadrajet Carb ? The RPO code in the console should be able to verify if your not sure.

I just went out and started the car after its been sitting for about a month, fired right up with only a tiny puff of smoke, less than a drag from a cigarette. I turned the heat on and heard a hissing noise from behind the HVAC controls, so I think it might need new controls.
I'll give you 1500 and my car. Its an 83 z28 perfect shape, all original except for exhaust intake, carbs, and headers, which i still have all the original replacements. perfect shape except for a ran into the back of a pickup last year and its going to need a new front end, everything else is in perfect shape, 86 thousand miles, fresh tranny, good running 305 with edelbrock bolt-ons, good posi rear end.
