Up for sale is a dark red 87' Iroc Z with T-tops and 88k. the body has not one once of rust it has a couple of minor scratches and one ding but other than that it is very nice. This can go one of two ways, In its current state, it has a aprox 375-400hp freshly built 89 L98 small block and a th- 350 with a 2500 stall just loosely bolted in. As a roller I am looking for 1395 and with the drivetrain 2500. I will post some pics soon
Your price is almost too good to be true. You need to post some pics..400 HP on a clean 88,000 mile IROC with no rust or body damage? Whats the catch? Its stolen? LOL!
located in Cheshire,CT. I need this out of my garage. if you want to offer more be my guest I would be happy with that. this is a project the body is in very good shape NO RUST AT ALL but it has a small dent/ding in the pass rear quarter and it has a few scratches ,also it had a repaint about 10 yrs ago. interior is black and in mint condition. The motor I did all the work to myself so it is really just cost of parts to me. It has a new crank, rods, hyper flat top pistions. Cam is a hdy 232 234 510 lift, the heads are 083 with countless hours porting and polishing. to me that should produce around 375ish or better with the port maching intake and right carb and exhaust. the trans is a long tail th350 that I had bought from a friend who rebuilt about 2k ago. I cleaned it up installed new seals and a B&M kit and topped it off with a 2500 stall. this is all just kind of sitting in the car at this point. so it really either needs someone to finish it or put in there own drive train. let me know what you think.
