For sale is my 1989 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-z. I've recently lost my job and need to sell it for the money. It's a 5 speed, 305 Tuned Port Injection V8 5.0L, with 138,000 Miles and brand new tires. This car was intended to be used as a race car, so I have stripped some of the interior (spare tire, rear speakers, rear and passenger seats, rear pannels and headliner and radio. I still have most of the interior pannels and stock parts dont freak out!
The modifications are as follows:
Grant steering wheel
Jegs pro-back racing seat
4-point racing harness
aftermarket steering brace from TDS powder coat red
Full custom 3.5' cat-back dual exhaust
Borbet Wheels and brand new tires w/ 1" aluminum spacers
black-out tail lights
Thats where I ran out of money and havent been able to finish the car for the track.. It runs hard no issues with it, I have replaced the clutch, idler arm, mas air flow sensor and computer since I bought the car as parts wear out. I have owned the Camaro since 2005 and put less than 8000 miles on it.
In 89 I'm told GM used a funny clear-coat process and as a result most of mine is gone from the car except the hood and front end like you can see in the pictures. No rust or holes anywhere, no dents in the body- there is a small dig/gouge in the front right corner of the bumper from a mailbox. WOW that was a brutal response from that seller. with that kind of attitude he should be taken out back and tortured. Lucky he sold it on here at all. Darn kids. Cant teach them any respect huh?
