Well my 89 is coming together finally so its time I start dailying it. So that means the current daily has to go. This is my 1987 IROC-Z, which I have to say looks a lot better than my 89, but it has the LB9. The car runs great, and the LB9 5.0TPI motor does pretty good on gas and performs well. The tranny was rebuilt and has a shift kit as well, not sure which shift kit because I bought the car with it. The interior is really clean, the carpet was put on new before I bought it, and I put my 89's seats in it(i put 4th gen leathers in the 89 thats why i put the old ones in here). All the panels are good, all the gauges work except the rpm and oil(but it has a separate oil gauge). It has a posi rear end which was serviced by the recent owner. The car is awesome and I wish I could keep it but unfortunately i have too many cars. Im gonna be straight out and say the problems it has too: it has a small oil leak it could be thin oil or the rear main seal, the hatch needs to be aligned and the t-tops dont leak but the weatherstripping on the side drips a bit, not drastically though. I am looking to get $4,000 or best offer. I am very negotiable I know its an LB9 but this car is way to clean and nice enough for a smaller engine to penalize its value.
Could sell with those rims for a cheaper price too.

That is a fantastic looking car. I love how the stripes match the ground effects. wow.... It really looks amazing. good luck.
if it was manual I'd snatch it up, but i'm still tempted!

Yea i know i wished it was manual a bit too, but i had to buy it when i saw it. And the shift kit makes it a bit more nicer than the normal auto. Plus i dont know if it is the shift kit but it kicks overdrive around 35mph so around town i do super good on gas. I manage about $20 a week!
Im in Hialeah...which is pretty much Miami. The tach says 42xxx( think its 42 maybe less maybe more) but im pretty sure it means 14xK. The rear end is POSI not sure what gearing, it has drums in the rear. And yes those are the major issues of the car, the car has new window um strips...the ones that go on the door...so the passenger window kind of slowed down(not THAT slow i have seen slower) so it is not that the motor is about to blow but that the strips are still breaking in. The car is a real fun car, I love going to the beach in it with the t-tops off it gets a lot of attention. Ill send you some pics as soon as i get a chance!
thanks a lot man I really don't want to sell it but I have to so yea. I need to sell come on thre has to be someone interested. I am being somewhat negotiable as the days go by and my time is waisting.
hey what is the mileage on the car 42000? or 142000? Does it have headers on it, and you dont know what gears are in the rearend?
im in daytona beach, and need to buy a camaro any idea what kind of HP this one is pushing out, i really want one with a 350, but thats a sweet looking car
