-Door seals, window seals, hatch seal all replaced when it was painted.
-Door panels were replaced when it was painted.
-Door jams are all painted and all lights and trim were removed for painting (i.e. it was done ‘right’).
Misc:
-Goodyear GSC tires with plenty of tread left
-Grant GT steering wheel
The interior is the only part of the car I have not played with yet. The front seats have covers on them. The passenger seat is good for its age, the driver’s seat has the usually tears, but the seat covers hide all that. Structurally the seats are good. The door panels are good. The plastic panels are average, there is no head liner, the dash pad is cracked, and the carpet is faded (and torn where the drivers left foot rests). That all sounds bad, but in reality it doesn’t look bad for its age. A little bit of freshening and it would look great again.
The car is solid from front to back. The few minor rust spots (along bottom of doors, and one small spot in driver’s side quarter panel) were fixed when I painted the car this winter/spring. The floors are solid.
I have a complete log of everything I did to the car. The log includes part numbers, mileage at time of replacement, dates, costs, etc. I also have all the receipts. All of this will go to the new owner.
All in all this is a solid car with no rust that runs great and handles good. If there is part of the car you want more info on, or part of it I forgot to talk about (I’m sure there is), just let me know and I will get you whatever info you need.
I am selling it because I am just losing interest. It’s time for me to change gears and get the creative juices flowing again on a new project.
I am asking $3500 obo or will consider trades (no atv’s, motorcycles, toys, game systems, etc). Right now I am probably the most interested in a Jeep CJ7 (or possibly a YJ) in similar condition to my Camaro (i.e. little to no rust and mechanically sound).
$3500 or best offer
