Need to get this out of my dads drive. he keeps telling me he's going to paint it for me, but it needs to go. located in (Richmond Hill Ga 31324)
suppose to be ultra blue with black top and grey leather. in spray can primer for the last 3 or 4 years. nobody drives it. i drove it for a year after i bought it, and then quit. I was planning on bringing it down to savannah this summer, but the tires looked a bit iffy for the 12 hour triip. i redid the entire front brakes, had the rotors turned, all new pads, new calipers, new lines.
the gas gauge is nuts, the top was new 4 years ago, and has just sat. needs weatherstripping. started converting the interior to black. got most of the way before i stopped.
has 305 with auto tranny
has power windows, and door locks. manual mirrors and seats. had new black carpet 4 years ago. and all new speakers. stock cassette player from a 3rd gen.
have a muffler for it, but not installed, its been off the car for a while. its in the garage. will throw in 2 1990 and older fenders that are brand new. got them with some other parts a while back. ive got an entra grid tail light in the basement that will go with the car. Ive got the trunk carpet somewhere around my dads house. if not i have a set here in GA i can send.
$2000 is what im looking to get from it. and does not have a front ground effect on the car.
ive been holding off thinking we were going to paint it. or bring it down here, but it never seems to get done. its just time to get rid of it for real this time.
All PM's replied to. doesnt seem like this will take very long. As i was expecting for 2 grand. i paid over double that when i picked it up and dumped more money into it. but thats how things go. Some1 else will get to finnish it and enjoy it for me.
Hey people - I purchased my '92 Z from him! He's a straight shooter and tells you like it is! Buying a car these days can be a pain in the a$$! Jer is a good guy that won't BS you just to sell a car...
Ive had this car for years, Just got it delivered to me. With the 2010 in the garage, i dont know if i've got the spare cash to work on this one as much as i wanted to. would rather do some changes to the new SS. But we will see. ones it gets a little nicer out, im going to try and get a few things done. Got some sub frame connectors to put on. new front ground effect, and finnish up the body work, and get it back to 1 complete color. I'll be getting some updated pics shortly.
have any pics of the 92 Z yet? Missing it already.
I have not done much to her yet - haven't had to! Got the trans rebuilt a few months ago she's still running great! I'm hoping to get the paint done with Uncle Sam's refund. I've found a few misc parts, original CD player and a 145mph speedo, even got a set of the original rims although I doubt I'll ever put those on...
If you want I'd be happy to take the chin & sub-frames off of your hands
How's the new one treating you? Did you get the SS? I hope they do a vert in the next year or two - but then you'd have to buy one of those too!
I really like the conv. you got. I wish I could get rid of my 88 a little faster so I had the cash for yours. My luck will be, by the time I get rid of mine yours will be gone too.
