1988 Iroc Z, 29,169 original miles
It is with a heavy heart that I have put my Iroc Z up for sale. I have owned the car since 1995. I am now married and have kids and need the garage space. The car is in very good shape. It has never been driven in the snow. Only driven in the rain 3 times and always garaged. 305 engine and automatic transmission. Asking $12,500 but of course that is negotiable. Please see craigslist add for pictures at

Really hoping to find it a good home. It deserves to be driven and taken care of.

You wouldn't. I edited my post to just say "delete" because I realized a mistake in what I typed and that my concern was no longer relevant. I put in "delete" so if the mods see it they can just take my comment off the board.
you're good to go though

Beautiful car! Your asking price is fine. I have a similar mileage 5 Speed car for the same price. Prepare yourself for lowballers and tire kickers. These cars do bring this kind of money but most people in search of an IROC don't want to spend more than 5 or 6 grand. It may take you a while but you will eventually sell it. I was offered 11 Grand for mine but I don't want to sell it that bad. You are negotiable so I don't see a problem. Low mileage cars like yours are getting harder to find for cheap. Oh and auto trader would be a better form of advertisement. I got lots of calls from there. Craigslist brings out all the tire kickers and lowballers. Everyone on CL is looking for a freebee!

I just bought an 85 with 27k and gave 13.5 for it. I think your pricing is right on the mark!
