Need to Replace my Baby...Lookign for Stock/Mint Thirdgen...
Unfortunately i totaled my 1992 Chevy Camaro RS this morning. It had the heritage package, and only 49,000 miles. The car didn't have a single ding or scratch on it. I know that its not replacable, but i would like another 3rd gen in its place.
Depending on how much the insurance company gives us, dictates how much i can spend... Hopefully, our insurance company will give us between 7-10k for the car. Whatever we do get hte for car, I wont be spending all of it.
Things the car must be:
V8 (Lb9, L98, LO3 are all fine)
Low mileage (preferabbly around 50k, but i would consider a car up to 90k for the right price)
Stock (or very close to stock. Nothing more than an exhaust)
Mint condition (original paint, or a professional repaint)
No accidents

man i read about your loss and saw the pics i feel real bad for you but im glad you are ok especially after seeing the pic. if you want im debating selling my 1989 firebird for the right price. it has brand new paint professionally done which i get commented on every day by people. it has an LO3 which is stock except for cat back dynomax system and it has currently 50k miles on it. it is automatic. it has new fuzion zri tires all around. 87ish iroc rims on it. 91-91 trans am ground effects were put on and a trans am hood. interior is in mint condition it has 4th gen firebird grey seats. id say 8kish is around what ive put into it the paint cost a butt load to do. i got some pics available if you want and im in CT not too far off.
----------
it was only repainted for the ground effects and hood to match and make it shine again. still have the left over paint from the job

Sorry about the wreck, but at least you are alive! That is a bad subject for me as a brother wasn't as lucky a while back, but don't be that down, okay!
I have a '91 Firebird Formula, all stock, never played with engine or radio, all stock except car alarm installed on it. It is red with tan interior, coupe, I believe it had 33,000 something on it the last time I looked, original paint and rims. 5.0 engine, auto trans, very nice car, bought for my wife in Dec 2002 with 8,900 miles then. I don't know if you're interested in Formula or Camaro, but here is one, photos to be sent if interested. I would sell it for 8k if anyone is interested , Thanks! Andy

I would be interested. I will let you know if its within my range once i find out how much insurance money im getting for my car. In the meantime, do you have any pics of it??
I have an 89 Pontiac Formula 350, new 5.7L engine, new trans, exhaust, headers, sound system + more that I NEED to sell. Everything has been redone, including the interior. Just needs a paint job- classic red color but has two small rust spots on doors. If you are interested, I have pix & more info. I am looking to sell it for about $5200. Good luck.
