Hey Guys, I'm looking for a camaro or Firebird to buy. Most importanntly is that it's a good runner/driver. Stong engine and trans is the most important. I want one with a v8 but if theres something with a 6 I might consider it. Ideally I'd like a stick, but I don't have that much to spend, so finding something for a thousand or less with a stick and a v8 is probly asking to much. Apearance and rust is not as important as it being reliable as long as theres no big holes in the floor/frame. I'm in MN. I prefer no power options. I like manual windows. It does have to have tilt. Thats the only thing really, is that it's got to have tilt. So basically,
Close to $1000 or less,
Resonably close to or within the twin cities, MN
Mechanically sound.
Rust and dents are not a big deal, unless its real bad
and the heater's got to work,
and if it does have power windows, they have to work (go up and down)
