1600 OFF EBAY its gonna be a great PROJECT....TELL ME WHAT YOU GUYS THINK

opy-85-90's 1985 Chevrolet Camaro1985 Chevy Camaro. Good Points: PDL, PW, nice interior, Dakota digital dash cluster (retail $675), 350 motor bored 30 over, MSD ignition, Holly 750 Double Barrel carb. 334/490 2 in. intake valves, 194 exhaust (cam) fuely heads (ported and polished). Turbo 350 Transmission with hardened springs(for faster shifts),48xxx miles on the entire engine and drivetrain,256 rear end gears, Flow Master Exhaust(Sounds great).Runs like a champ, (built for power and speed but also geared for highway for better gas mileage. Bad points: little rust on door, battery tray, driver side pillar, and inside hood. Leaks a little oil (so little no need to add between oil changes, small crack in valve cover seal...almost un-noticable..i have replacement), has 15" Cragger SS chrome rims, but some tarnish and rust (but clean still looks nice) some scrapes in paint, needs a paint job though. Windows go up and down but slow may need motor soon. CD player also. No A/C. This is a very reliable car, no problems. It has 47.999.7 miles on it.....extra set of voftec heads has was slightly detuned for my daughter to drive....asking $1,600 DOLLARS BUY IT NOW PRICE.

this is what i paid for the car I think i got a steal, i also have a 1990 camaro that i am building as a show car when i get back from IRAQ.

thx for serving. sounds great. change the rea gears and tune the motor for power. vortec heads? should flow awesome! in la you'll need a/c.

I plan on changing the gears the guy i bought it from says with the Fuely heads thats on it now its pushing like 360 hp but he said if i took the heads he had on there the Vortech ones and put those back on there ill be running a little over 400, you tell me im a Body may painting is my thing

is 400 with the Vortec heads possible

yes, but the old fuelie heads r not bad. go vortec and new pro products intake. maybe high 3xx.

? new pro products intake.....?

i was thinking hood scoop and a Edelbrock High Rise Manifold.....any suggestions?

looks like a solid deal, although i hope it has one hell of a torque converter to get it out of the hole with those 2.56's and th350.

vortec heads all the way, much better than even the best old school metal out there.
