Car: 1988 IROC-Z Convertible Engine: Vortech T-Trim Supercharged 383 Transmission: Built 700R4 | got it running about 2 weeks ago.;.. so far so good... been taking it easy on it (no blower yet) but it ran 12.9 @ 111mph with 8,5:1 compression, 18" rims and untuned DFI.... so id like to get into 12.5 without the blower, and 11.00 with 10lbs of boost... seems possible.. |

Car: 1985 Trans Am Engine: upgrading... Transmission: upgrading... | agreed. i've been wanting to see that beaut for a while now, irocnparts.
My car's still not running. Some wiring went wonky while ripping out my interior.. something to do with my alarm.. but I have no ignition power right now. I hope to get it sorted soon so I can throw her back together.
Worst case scenario.. she'll have one seat, the guage assembly taped where the dash is spozta be, and nothing much else other than a steering wheel inside... but i'm determined to get her running... and insured

Car: 1989 RS Engine: 3.1L + .060" overbore Transmission: 700R4 Axle/Gears: 4.11, Auburn LSD | Hate to be a party pooper. I won't make it with my car but I'll try to be there. F***in Honda's are out to get me. I just have some bruised ribs so I'm lucky. Please learn from my experience if you haven't been here before and drive insanely but safely. At the moment, I will not part out. So if you know anyone who can supply good sections of what I need, please let me know. My frame is straight and the engine runs great (drove it home).
IROCN' ---- Your car is AWESOME! |

Car: 1989 RS Engine: 3.1L + .060" overbore Transmission: 700R4 Axle/Gears: 4.11, Auburn LSD | Oh man, that would be hella cool. When can I find you! I guess I'll be at the show regardless. How can I make this happen? I'll contact my insurance place to see if they mind me working on it. I for sure need to pull the door off to assess the damage to the shell. If I can't push the rear quarter panel back to normal, I'll need that too. Thank you soo much.

Car: 1989 Camaro Iroc-Z Engine: 305 TPI (LB9) Transmission: Auto 4 | When I talked to my insurance company after someone broke my steering column trying to steal it...
they wanted to inspect it to find out the damage, but they didn't care if I did the work or not. |

Car: 1989 RS Engine: 3.1L + .060" overbore Transmission: 700R4 Axle/Gears: 4.11, Auburn LSD | Thank you all very much for your help and concern with my accident. I will try to make it to the show (with a truck) and I'll be sure to bring plenty of pictures. Hopefully before then I can get a good status report on the body of my car. Maybe if I can get the door banged out good enough I'll just bring it in all of its splendor Won't be pretty but it will be something to look at. Like I said before, it still runs great. |
