what inspired me for my box




now thats a nice set up, I still havne't been able to get the top finish anywhere near what his looks like. but I might upgrade to 4 12's down the road and try again

no no, thats not mine lol, I wish. mine has 3 10's, mine has I think a combined total of 4.5 roughly. his has 1.25 per sub so 5 cubic feet. which is awsome.

I saw his box a while back. Made me want to try fiber REALY bad lol. It would take an insain amount of polishing to get the lid to look like his. He did a great job.

Not really. If you finish the fiberglassing correctly then all you should need is a milkshake coating,some sanding,fill any pits,sand, and primer paint clear coat.

Fiberglass boxes in some cases can be easier to make than mdf.

I didnt mean he didnt do a good job when i said not really, i just reread my post and was like OH SH** i didnt mean it like that. lol. I ment its not that hard to do..

he used an apoxy primer and gloss white laquer I believe. I tried this and several other ways and no luck.... I had to use 2pt's of body filler..... what a painn.... always next time..

millenium yellow 91 Z28 305 tpi t-5 swap. ported intake,msd coil,accell 8.8's, tpis air foil, slp headers n flowmaster exhaust.SS hood and TT2's
i painted it yellow w/ black stripes.
ran a 15.400 @92 on a 2.4 60ft w/ 273's.
Now it has a 9 bolt w/ 345's n disc brakes,and an aluminum driveshaft.
If anyone has a 6 spd, lemme know
if you need paint work or body work done. i can help ya out...
