There really is not technical value to this post just proving that the system dont have to be beautiful to work. I have a pair of older Pioneer IMPP subs, in a sealed box(runnin of a clarion apx400.1 amplifier(set grossly wrong). The thing that makes these subs "HOLY" is that they both have cracks in them from seperate unfortunate accidents. One of the local car audio shops in town had a booth set up to measure DB levels. I siliconed one sub shut and duct taped the other, and entered my car. I got seventh or eighth(cant remember, was out of 11 though) with a reading of 133.8 using a legal score.
