Cassette stuck

I have a 1988 GTA I have a tape stuck in the stere. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it out? I dont want to break anything.

Probably to late for that at this point. If it’s the stock dech and never needed to be repaired by now, it did pretty good. By now I’m shore it needs new belt and more them likely new pinch rollers and a good cleaning. The belt/pinch rollers are probably why the tape is stuck to start with. If you don’t know how to fix one of these you really have three choices.
One: Take it some place reputable to get repaired, have them remove the tape if it still good. Keep in mind the tape may be reined already.
Two: Don’t bother with getting it fix and ether yank the tape out, just listen to the radio.
Three: Cut your losses, replace it with a new HU and buy the tape on CD.
I like the third one.
It is possible that the tape was warped and that is why it’s stuck. Even so, at this point your just waiting to have it eat another tape and go though this again.
