new kicker CVX's

Well i bought a pair and i am in love with them, they are so clear andhit extremely hard. They out hit my old JL w3's and are way clearer, i do need a stronger amp tho because he audiobahn amp i have dosent quite have the power, and it heats up really bad pushing these subs, but my review on them is an a+++++

I always liked the way the CVRs sounded...

but they weren't super 'clear'

they hit hard as hell, and play some of the deepest bass I've ever heard... but they never really impressed my with sonic clarity... like techno for example... the CVRs really destroyed techno... to where you'd want to turn off the amp controlling the subs while listening...

are the CVXs much different? I personally haven't heard them...
