First off, a huge THANK YOU to Brisk. I was about to go out and design my trunk setup off of the schematic in the sticky and he mentioned that their directions were off. HE IS RIGHT. I will post my measurements, but it's late so I'm just going to post my progress for now.
Here's what I have so far...

Finished box:
My generic fake floor (not trimmed to fit, yet):
Cardboard rough draft of the fake floor:
More to come tomorrow. Hopefully the placement of the subs, amps and cap... and def the measurements. Comments welcome.
The set-up I have in my 92 RS was based on the measurements of that schematic. I thought my installer may have made an error in measurement, but after reading this and Brisk's post, he probably didn't. In order for me to remove my enclosure, I have to remove the latch pull down motor to have clearance, but I can still remove the plastic panel to access my tail lights.
HMM, I would concentrate on working hatch shocks and replacing those torn rear seats too keep up the work, I am looking forward to seeing the finish.

All in due time... This car was a $500 special and I'm transferring the ICE from the old car to this one. Add a completely custom interior, a 406 build, this audio and bodywork to make like new and $500 looks AWESOME
