The radio is sitting correct. It's the rest of the console thats out of line. Looks like the right side is jacked up higher than the left. I would suggest getting in there and making sure you have as many screws as possible, in all the factory locations. Like this one for example:

Look at the HVAC controls, they are offset too. The problem is definetly the dash/center console.
