how do you remove the tape player?

I was wondering how you remove the tape player from the rest of the stereo on an 87 camaro eq radio? I am going to clean mine and replace the bulbs and can't figure out how to get the last screw out I am posting a picture to show what I am talking about. if anyone knows I would appreciate it. I would like to get it all back together and all of it working right.

Re: how do you remove the tape player?

You need an insanely small socket or nutdriver for that little screw.

Re: how do you remove the tape player?

I have sockets that are the right size just not a thin enough wall to them to actually get in there I was thinking about just grinding out the cutout to fit a regular socket in there but really don't want to because of all the metal dust. I think a nut driver would be the same deal.

Re: how do you remove the tape player?

you could figure out what size the head is, and go buy a cheapo socket, then grind down the outside until it fits in the hole. Done this for other applications, it goes from being just a socket to a specialty tool.
