Screwing around today and I pulled 1 of mine apart by accident.
In one had I had the cone n coil, other hand the magnet.
Put it back together quick and nice but its minus about 3/4 volume now.

big fan of parts express; bought a lot of stuff from them over the years with nothing but great success. you can usually find OEM-built speaker part buyouts, bought some GM replacement ones in the past to experiment with.
