Would this subwoofer box be too small?
I'm hoping to make a small 0.35 cu ft box to fit in my spare tire well. I found a cardboard box that fits perfectly in that spot and I'd like to use its as a template for the real thing but I'm worried that the face of the box is not wide enough. The edges of the subwoofer are right at the edges of the box. Will that cause any problems?

As long as the volume of the box match the sub's specs, you should be fine.
