I seriously can't imagine you not being able to hear even with your current set up.. the head unit and speakers in my current one are junk, blown out and I can still hear no problem going 60 with the T's off and windows down.. is something else going on we don't know about?
How fast? Just about anything over 50 or so. I'm mostly talking about highway speeds. Speed limit in PA is 65, so figure I'm probably doing a little more than that

As for the exhaust, I have 2.25" true duals with no cats going into a pair of glasspacks and exiting in the stock location. It's louder than stock, but not obnoxiously so. I have no problems hearing the radio with my current audio setup while accelerating from a stoplight or out of a corner. Even at full throttle getting on the highway, I can usually still hear the radio with the windows down as long as the tops are on. It depends on the song.
