Alphasonik?

Just pucked up an Alphasonik amp off a friend for $15. Never heard of this brand before and couldn't find info on the net. Has anyone heard of them before? How good are they? I'm assuming same quality as Pyramid, Jensen etc?

Just using it for now to drive my 6x9's til I can afford a real amp

-Don

Which model is it? I think Alphasonic changed names a few years back. I used to have a 2 x 50W for my 6X9's about 13 years ago, and it did really well. Yes they are much better than Pyramid, Legacy, etc. Price was right, too.

Alphasonik became USA Acoustics and they were carried by Crutchfield. I have a pair of them installed in the T/A: One 150W x 2 powering the rear 6 x 9's, and one 150W x 2 running bridged mono and powering the subwoofer in the rear deck area.

Hi, the way Alphasonic numbered their amps means that one is a 2 X 30W amp. 2030= 2 X 30, 2050= 2 X 50.
Enjoy!
