Rockford punch Or Rockford power amp?

I'm looking at a Rockford 800.4 amp. There is a Rockford Punch 800.4 amp, and a Rockford Power 800.4 amp, which one is better in your opionion? Also would this amp be able to power 2 12" Cerwin Vega:Vega series subs with any problem?
Vega series specs:

400 watts RMS (200 watts per voice coil)
800 watts max
20-500 hz frequency response
4 ohms

I know this is a lot to ask but I really appreciate your responses guys! Thanks!

Here's the specs for the Rockford amps:

if all your pushing is the 2 12's, get the Power 800a2, it would be much cheaper than the 4 channel amp and just as powerful...

The output from the Punch amps and Power amps don't vary much. The Power amps only make a few more watts on average. You're mainly paying for the steeper crossover.
