Yeah I think so too, timeless.
Portishead is a trip-hop band from England, so whats trip-hop?
Its kind of like abstract hip-hop beats well blended with some soulful vocals, some guitar, and a little turtablism, thats it in a nutshell but the best way I can describe it, they havent had anything new since the mid-nineties but I find obscure mixes on Soulseek all the time.
And to 2.73's suck, I have alot of rare stuff, if your interested email me, I'll hook you up.
1: The Boys Of Summer, Don Henley (Not The Ataris)
2: Moon Baby, GODSMACK
3: Cocaine, Eric Clapton
4: Mr. Tinkertrain, OZZY
5: Run To The Hills, IRON MAIDEN
and that's been in there since the CD came out It's the best stuff they came out with since "Master of Puppets" and anyone who doesn't like must have jumped on the band wagon in 90 or 95 cause if your a hardcore Metal fan this is the shiznit.
I've been listening to metallica my whole life, the new CD is ****. It's nothing like they used to be, there is no guitar solo's, the guitar line is very weak in every damn song and lars' snare drum being out of tune sounds like a symbol. It's not the same band and the music is completely different. Metallica is dead because they want to try and conform to new trends and be a different kind of music, and get new fans and more money. No I'm not accusing them of "selling out" I'm accusing them of changing their music and leaving their old fans behind.
i agree about metallica, i do like their new songs, but, its not the same as their old stuff at all, it isnt even close! I saw someone posting a rammstein song on the first page glad to see there are some rammstein fans on here

People saying rap is music can listen to this: it isn't music. Anybody can play the same drums on a drum pad that have one beat for about five second. And anybody can drive around in an Escalade with 20 inch wheels and have FUBU on their shirts with a bandaid on their nose. You cannot however just pick up a guitar and decide you want to play at 200 beats per minute and have a constantly changing song. Oh and also, everyone in the music group should be playing an instrument.
