You might want to check out our posts on "TPS on CC Q-jet". As I said over there, there are 12 mechanical adjustments and a few sensor adjustments/checks. THe general Q-jet books can be confusing. I like the GM service manuals for the specific car and year you have. Getting everything clear and adjusted really make a Q-jet perform. I have both CC Q-jets and non CC Q-jets are they run well. Just takes and understanding of how they work.

Did you have a particular adjustment in mind? To do them all you need basic hand tools plus an angle gauge (I borrowed one from a buddy.)

Nothin' wrong with a Q-jet!!

Uhhh, he doesn't have a Q-jet. It's a 600 Edelbrock according to his sig.
