Edelbrock 750 carb tuning

I'm running a 750 edelbrock manual choke on my engine. Whats the best way to tune these? I have heard different ways but not from reliable sources.

The easiest way for me was to hook up a pillar mount vacuum gauge and a air/fuel ratio gauge. Then get a hold of a tuning kit for your carb. PM me if you need more in depth help.
