tpi to carb... input please

looking to swap the tpi to carb..... future build is L98... looking to stroke it to 383 with eagle rotating assy. and speedpro pistons and rings (.030 overbore)... edelbrock performer RPM cam, RPM heads, RPM airgap intake man. and thunder avs 650cfm carb. i want to port/polish/gasket match the heads and intake man. to open them up a little closer to 190cc because i dont think the 170cc ports will flow enough air. any comments, suggestions will be greatly appreciated. one question is will 650cfm flow enough fuel for the 383 or do i need to step up to 800cfm? looking at about 10.5 to 11:1 compression ratio... natural asperated... t-56 swap and 12 bolt rearend swap. maybe 450hp to flywheel

Re: tpi to carb... input please

tpi to carb swap has been covered here many times over. I would look in to different companies for the heads cam and carb. Edelbrock makes great intakes but there carbs leave much to be desired. If I where you I would look in to a proform or a quick fuel 750 cfm.
