Horsepower. And i was just made aware that no such adapter exists. New manifold it is.
you can make gobbs of power with a TBI done right...you can get a 600 CFM TBI and a simple prom reprogram and then the ultimate TBI mods and be cheaper than a carb/intake/and vac advance dizzy plus make just as much if not more HP than a carb setup.....plus carb intakes are more pricy for the center bolt heads like you got....may be more than you want to spend

I am aware of whats involved in the conversion. I plan on adding a carb/intake/vac dizzy/cam to wake it up a little bit. The vortec manifolds aren't too pricey.
i switched to carb to. well im currently STILL converting to carb, but im going to carb because i dont really like having to deal with a computer and sensors and what not. its easier to ME. maybe not easy for everyone but carb is easier than TBI to me.

I'm 100% with you on that one. Tuning is a breeeze compared to that of EFI systems.
