tps adjustment screw

i recently rebuilt my e4me ccc-qjet and while placing the airhorn i broke the plunger on the tps, i have replaced the tps but now the car runs rough and wants to stall after its warm enough to open the choke. do i need to adjust the screw under the plug or should the factory setting still be correct since i did not change the airhorn?

You are setting the carb and TPS to each other. So, you need to check the voltage and adjust accordingly.

Re: tps adjustment screw

1. Set timing
2. Set TPS for 0.40 (as close as you can) volts at idle
3. Adjust idle mixture screws and Idle Air Bleed for 50% duty cycle on Mixture Control Solenoid.

Let us know if the TPS adjustment fixes it. May have a little fine tuning to do on the carb rebuild.
